These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the Eco Motortext messaging program (the “Program”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not provide your mobile number for text messaging.
Eco Motor sends transactional and operational (service-related) text messages to customers who opt in, in connection with ground transportation, airport transfers, and chauffeur reservations. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages such as:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Eco Motor by:
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to book or pay for any Eco Motor service. The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-selected.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the status of your reservation (for example, you may receive messages when you book, when your driver is dispatched, when your driver arrives, and for reminders or updates).
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Eco Motordoes not charge for the text messages it sends, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply according to your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
